The types of diabetic supplies we will send to you are based on your testing needs, the diabetic supplies requested, your physician's consent and your insurance coverage. If the diabetic supplies requested are not covered by your insurance, we will contact you prior to any diabetic supplies being shipped. For our Medicare patients, please note Medicare Part B does not cover the cost of prescription items, but they do cover diabetic testing supplies.  If you have a prescription plan (e.g. Medicare Part D) please let us know and we can determine if our pharmacy can provide your prescriptions.

Upon receipt and verification of your insurance information, American Diabetes Services will contact you to let you know if we work with your insurance plan and if there will be any cost when you buy diabetic supplies from our diabetic medical supply company. Upon receipt of the completed Medical Authorization form and the Physician's Order from your doctor or healthcare provider, we will ship your first 90-day diabetic testing supply order to your door. Then our diabetic medical supply company will contact you once at regular intervals (usually every 90 days) to discuss what diabetic supplies you will need before shipping your next order.
